She was predeceased by: her parents, Santos Rosa and Natividad De La Rosa; her husband James Floyd Franks; and her siblings, Alex, David, Santos Jr., Cleo, Paulo De La Rosa and Eloisa De La Rosa.
She is survived by: her sister Juanita "Janie" Perales (Ricardo) of Houston; and her sister-in-law Amanda De La Rosa. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home (230 E Ella Ave, Kingsville, TX 78363). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St Martin Catholic Church (715 N 8th St, Kingsville, TX 78363-4515).
