Meredith Jane Stone Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meredith Jane Stone (Houston, Texas), who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Kraftson and Elisabeth Kraftson; her son Timothy Edward Stone; and her brother Raymond Kraftson. She is survived by: her husband Ralph; her children, Laurel (John Stevens), Joshua (Mary Bissada) and Nathaniel (Emily Roberts); her daughter-in-law Kristen; her grandchildren, Elisabeth Stevens, Henry Stevens, Timothy Stone, Charlotte Stone, Lucy Stone and Charlie Stone; and her siblings, Timothy Kraftson (Sat), Constance McDowell (Glenn) and Claudia Brice (Dennis). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the St. John the Divine Episcopal Church (2450 River Oaks Blvd, Houston, TX 77019).
