He was predeceased by: his parents, Tiep Van Phan and Len Thi Phan. He is survived by: his wife Lien Nguyen; his sons, Martin, Matthew, Marcus and Mason Phan; and his daughter-in-law Ashlee Phan of Houston, TX.. He is also survived by his 5 siblings.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Peevey Funeral Home (12440 Beamer Rd, Houston, TX 77089). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church (10610 Kingspoint Rd, Houston, TX 77075). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Forest Park East Cemetery (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598).
