He is survived by: his wife Elida Ramirez; his children, Paul Ramirez Jr., Santos Lee (Jessica Ramirez), Sammy (Angie Ramirez) and Richard Serrano Jr.; his granddaughter Samantha Rodriguez; his great grandchild Selena; and his siblings, Connie Serrano and Gary Serrano. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other dear family members.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Santana Funeral Directors - Katy (5352 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77007). A rosary will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023).
