We announce the death of Peter Milton Gardner (Houston, Texas), born in Hudson, New York, who passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 81. Peter will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Peter’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Gardner and Gertrude Gardner; and his wife Regina. He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Gardner Krummel (Kurt) of Houston; his siblings, Stephen Gardner of Hudson, Ann Clowe of Rochester, Priscilla Tice (Bill) of Livingston and Marcia Baer (Karl) of Seattle; and his sister-in-law Antonea Oliveri Beckerman of New Milford, Connecticut. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Oaks Funeral Home (13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any of the aforementioned foundations that were near and dear to Peter's heart.
