He is survived by: his wife Lucy Kelley; his children, Melissa Kelley-Chiappone (Bill), Katharine Kelley-Martinez, Rebekkah Skelton-Hill (Rodney), John Skelton and Matthew Skelton (Cristina); and his brother Raymond Kelley (Becky). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
