He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Gayle Moore; his parents, Maxine Stark and Douglas Stark; and his sister Pam Miller. He is survived by: his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Trang Stark; his brother Stan; his sister-in-law Mary Stark; his sibling's children, Stanley Stark, Stephen Stark, Christy Watkins and Scotty Stark; and his uncle Donese.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Art League of Fort Bend (2012 Avenue G, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in Reggie's name to the Art League of Fort Bend.
