He is survived by: his wife Dr. Gloria Wilson; his children, Shaughnna Blackmon, Sean Shelton and Chris Shelton; his grandchildren, Joshua Blackmon, Spencer Blackmon (Samira), Alexis Blount (Kentrell), Patrice Wilson, Fallon Blackmon and Patrick Wilson, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Riley Blackmon, Josiah Johnson, Shylo Blackmon and Siyon Blackmon; his nieces, Juanita Rasmus (Rudy) and Elischa Campbell; his great-nieces, Dr. Morgan Alfred (Wesley) and Dr. Ryan Harris, MD; his brother-in-law Reverend Leonard Campbell; Jaden Harris and Jolene Harris. He is also survived by two sons and two stepsons.
