He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Hall and Irene Hall; his siblings, Gayle L. Hall and June Hall Kyker; his wives, Patty and Judy; his son Michael W. Hall; and his stepson Charles F. Webber, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Lori Hall Endsley; his stepchildren, Lydia Webber Harrington (Dennis) and George Webber (Vanessa); and his grandchildren, Seth, Ryan Endsley, Madeline, Paul, Lisa Harrington, Elena and Sam Webber.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Va Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038-1502). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Buckingham Senior Living Center (8585 Woodway Dr, Houston, TX 77063).
