He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Robin Allen Buggica (Michael) and Robert "Bob" Melton, Jr. (Mona); his grandchildren, Russell Allen (Annie), Mark Allen (Morgan), Alexis Hudspeth (Justin) and Ashley Bartoskewitz (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Addison, Hannah, Hayden, Hadley, Jaidee and Eli; his sisters, Diane McCrea (Llew) and Carol Mayorga (David); his sisters-in-law, Carlyn Garner (Duncan), Deborah Webb (Alan) and Suzanne Russell; and his son Sean Patrick (Bob).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Christ Congregational Church (105 Saddle Creek Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
