He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Northcutt and Winnie Northcutt. He is survived by: his wife Billie Northcutt; his sons, Jeff Northcutt and Craig Northcutt (Dee); and his grandchildren, Melanie, Tiffany and Trey. He is also survived by four sisters-in-laws, two brothers-in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peevey Funeral Home (12440 Beamer Rd, Houston, TX 77089). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
