He is survived by: his wife Gail Garner; his sons, Justin Garner (Shauna), Cody Garner (Candace) and Dillon Garner; his stepchildren, Toni Winterbauer (Tray) and Ian Quiroga; and his siblings, Dale Garner, Keith Garner (Lenda), Gary Garner (Jessica), Adam Garner and Sheila Garner (Lisa). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
