He was predeceased by: his parents, Homero Silva and Apolonia Pacheco. He is survived by: his children, Sam, Daniel and Veronica "Coca" Silva; his daughter-in-law Priscilla Silva; his grandchildren, Sammy, Briseida, Kayla, Lil Danny and Jaelynne; and his great grandchildren, Adriel, Fabian, Evelyn, Andrew, Eva and Samara.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Integrity Funeral Home (8601 Almeda Genoa Rd, Houston, TX 77075). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (8601 Almeda Genoa Rd, Houston, TX 77075).
