He is survived by: his mother Delmarie Howell Gilbreath; his sisters, Sandy (Bill) and Susan (Lloyd); his children, Spencer (Amanda), Alissa (Justin), Karly (Irvin) and Amber (Mitchel); his stepdaughter Shelley; his grandchildren, Carson, Makayla, Kaci, Jayden, Jaxson, Maci, Jason, Julie, Madison, Lauren and Tristan; and his nephews, Cary Cooper and Baron Spring.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
