He was predeceased by: his parents, Becky Weinstein and Samuel Weinstein; his siblings, Carl and Rose; his brother-in-law Sol Baron; his aunt Eva; and his uncle Louie Morantz.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Weinstein; his children, Barry Weinstein (Cindy) and Leslie Robinson (Russ); his grandchildren, Lindsay Cohen (Adam), Matthew Weinstein (Kari Sheldon), Michael Wein and Alex Wein; and his great grandchildren, Evan, Lexi Cohen, Lennon, Elleson and Lincoln Wein. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sophia and Jack Bender Memorial Chapel at Beth Yeshurun Post Oak Cemetery (7445 Awty School Ln, Houston, TX 77055).
