He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy Clarence Hall and Bonnie Elizabeth Isbell Hall. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jean Isbell; his children, Mary Hall Black (Doug Black), Amy Hall Woodall (Eric Woodall) and Patrick Hall (Dana Hobdy); and his great grandchildren, Myles Hobdy, Walter Black, Phoebe Black-Woodard, Quinn Black, Oliver Woodall, Gray Woodall and Finley Woodard.
