He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Dugan Salazar. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Pam Moore (David) of Jeffersonville, IN, Cindy Miller (John) of Englewood, FL and Brian Eichelberger (Marilyn) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Amy Connor, Stacey Nozatze (Vasilis), Robert Schulze (Ashley), Greyson and Pepper Eichelberger; his brother John Eichelberger (Margaret) of Fort Worth, TX; and his son-in-law Allen Schulze. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
