He is survived by: his sons, Tra Townsend (Carol) and Rodney Townsend (Liz); and his grandchildren, Talia Townsend, Graysen Monk, Tysen Monk and Madisen Townsend.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Klein Funeral Home – CyFair Northwest (9719 Wortham Blvd, Houston, TX 77065). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Klein Funeral Home (9719 Wortham Blvd, Houston, TX 77065).
