She was predeceased by: her husband John Marshall; her brother Robert Payne Jr.; and her parents, Robert Payne Sr. and Beatrice Payne. She is survived by: her son Jason Marshall (Clare Robinson); her sisters, Geneva Payne, Ora L. Woods, Deloris Brown, Bessie Miller and Joyce A. Matthews (Earnest Matthews); and her grandchildren, Sloane Marshall and Blaise Marshall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the American Stroke Association in Vinnie's memory.
