He was predeceased by: his siblings, Verna Janelle Allen Force and John Don Allen; and his son Dr. Robert Wayne Allen. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Hillier; his son David Wayne Allen; and his grandchildren, Joshua Lee Allen and Jennifer Leigh Allen.
