He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Childress; his children, Nathaniel Childress, Oktober Childress, Britney Cook and Tanner Cook; his parents, Brad Childress and Janis Childress; his grandsons, Kyler Mitchell and Kase Childress; his sister Jessica Pierce (Jason); his sibling's children, Juston Pierce, Jillian Pierce, Destanie Alewine and Haley Jane Alewine; his parents-in-law, Charlie and Alta Alewine; and his brother-in-law Charlie Alewine. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, & cousins.
