He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Franklin Murphy and Helen Vonsell Britton Murphy; his wife Judy; and his sisters, Peggy McCarty and Marva Daniels.
He is survived by: his daughter Dana Walker; his son-in-law Dennis Witt; his grandsons, Cody Attebury and Braden Witt (Brandy); his great great grandchildren, Kayden, Karlea and Kamdon; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Emmeline, Jeremiah and Piper Jo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
