He was predeceased by: his parents, Berry Orr and Hannah Rachel Orr (Cloretta Ann Orr); and his siblings, Douglas Orr and Dolores Randolph. He is survived by: his wife Cloretta Ann Orr; his daughters, Jacqueline Noel Orr and Heather Oetker (Jeremy); his grandchild Axton; and his niece Melissa Randolph.
