With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara McKenzie of Hubbard, Texas, born in Coolidge, Texas, who passed away on May 29, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel De Witt and Clara Grooms; her husband Wallace McKenzie; and her sisters, Gwynne Aydelotte and Lavern Phillips.

She is survived by : her brother John Grooms; her nieces and nephews, Kim Aydelotte Derr, Candace Alsop, Charlotte Berry, Paula Castle, Rod Aydelotte, John Aydelotte, Roger, Deryl McKenzie, Rodney, Kelley McKenzie and Joel Berry; and her great-niece Jennifer Wright McKenzie.
