He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cooke and Sallie Cooke; his siblings, Linda Carol Randolph, Johnny Cooke and Joe Cooke; and his sister-in-law Ruthie Cooke.
He is survived by: his wife Oksana Cooke of Huffman, TX.; his children, Billy Cooke (Vicky Cooke) of Wimberly, TX., Johnny Cooke of Nacogdoches, TX., Teresa Bowers of Fort Worth, TX. and Sonya Ramsey of Huffman, TX.; and his stepdaughter Lesya Von Heeder (Derek Von Heeder) of Huffman, TX.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
