He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Kizer and Tilman Kizer. He is survived by: his children, Gerald (Angela Patrick Kizer), Robert (Rhonda Kizer), Timothy Kizer, Tracy Cooper and Taunya (Sammy Ebert). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
