She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Patrick Harmier; her son Steven Kent Harmier; and her pet Teddy. She is survived by: her daughter Janis Kay; her son-in-law Ricky Tielke; and her brother-in-law Jim Anderson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jessie Faye Fields Chapel (7908 Rankin Rd, Humble, TX 77396).
In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions may be made to the COPD Foundation, the Alzheimer's Foundation, or any no-kill animal shelter, in memory of Joann Hamier.
