He is survived by: his parents, Howard Lugene Tarver and Ramona Faye Prater Tarver; his wife Patricia Kathleen Talley Tarver; his children, Ken Tarver (Kellye), Taylor Newsom (Ryan), Amber Wilson (Mike) and Courtney King (Kevin); and his sister Deanna Kirksey Moon (Frankie). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
