He was predeceased by: his parents, Nita Cullum and Will Cullum; and his siblings, Jimmy Cullum, Mickey Cullum and Ethyl Ward.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Cullum; his children, Mary Ann Roberts (Philip), Donna Pruitt (Dennis) and Don Cullum (Karen); his grandchildren, Lauren Peters of Cameron Roberts, J. R, Katie Baker, Casey Pruitt and Dustin Cullum; his great grandchildren, William Lukefahr, Carson Roberts, Chandler, Jordan, Mason Pruitt, Kaden, Reagan Baker, Camila Pruitt, Charlotte and Francesca Cullum; his grandsons, J. R. Pruitt and Cameron Roberts; and his nephews, Max Cullum, Jr., Jack Cullum, Mike Swearingen and Wilbur Swearingen.
