He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurel Lee Lever and Everett Radebaugh. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Zanin of Rockford; his children, Kimberly Radebaugh-Reysa (David Reysa) of Allen, Texas, Christopher Radebaugh of Austin, Texas and Geoffrey Radebaugh (Jennifer Kline) of Arlington; his grandchildren, Anna, Emma Reysa and Zanin Radebaugh; and his brother Daryl (Pat). He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
