She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jager and Louise Jager; and her brothers, Robert Jager and Dr. John J. Jager. She is survived by: her husband William Earl Barnett; and her children, Patricia Shreve, Virginia Trevathan, Carol Ford, Kathie Barnett, Sally Maddox and William Barnett.
