He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Campbell and Clara Campbell; his stepfather Lewis West; his sister Elaine; and his nephew Kevin Meadows.

He is survived by: his wife Terry Lynn Hutson; his son Chris (Cathy Campbell) of Rogers, AR; his grandchildren, Chapman and Chaney of Rogers; his daughter Allison Campbell of Houston, TX.; his sister Kathy; his brothers-in-law, Carl Meadows of Longview, TX. and Jim Debruin of Willis; his sister Janice; his brother-in-law Lawrence Wingate of Valley Mills, TX.; and his cousin Billy Reeves of Baton Rouge, LA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loved ones and friends.
