She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Madole and Gertrude Madole; her husband Harold Welsh; and her brother William Madole. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Welsh (Tiffany Welsh) and Melissa Galla (David Galla); her sister Edwina Wieghat (Ervin Wieghat); her grandchildren, Amy Hoyt (Austin Hoyt), James Martin, Jr. (Kristal Martin), Mason Welsh (Brenna Welsh), David Galla, Jr., Benjamin Parkinson and Bud Parkinson; and her great grandchildren, Ellie Grace Hoyt, Jordan Lynn Martin and Brynley Kay Hoyt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
