Hay Jr., Teresa DeCesare (Peter), Eunice Diaz and DeAnn Vojvodich; his siblings, Roy Hay, Joyce Crowson, Sybil Ellis (JT Ellis) and Alice Thomas; his sister-in-law Marianne Hay; his son-in-law Peter DeCesare; his grandsons, Nathan Hay, Justin Hay, Ruben Diaz and Zachery Jewell; his grandson-in-law Carlos Trevizo; and his grandson Brennan Vojvodich. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren.
