She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Cook Hawkes and Karla Thomas; her son-in-law Ray Thomas; her grandchildren, Joshua Nabors, Cole Thomas, Kortney Thomas, Ashton Thomas, Jacob Cook Pesl and Julie Hawkes; her great grandchildren, Easton Smith and Max McElwee; her sister Carol Patrick; her brother-in-law James Patrick; and her nieces, Rita King and Julie Patrick.
