He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Klapesky and Genevieve Klapesky. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Klapesky; his children, Amy and Frank Guerra; his siblings, Carolyn Ann Willig, Joseph Charles Klapesky, Jr., Mary Margaret Chastang, Jeanette Marie Doyal and Larry Klapesky; and his grandchildren, Zachary and Bella Guerra.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the family.
