He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Mancha and Henrietta Mancha; his wife Herminia Mancha; and his brothers, Louis Mancha and Richard Mancha.

He is survived by: his son Thomas Francis Mancha (Kaitlyn); his granddaughter Eleanor Francis Mancha; and his siblings, George Mancha, Robert Mancha (Beatrice), Mary Helen Arce, Yolanda Mary Rodriguez and Jesse Mancha (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to St. Thomas High School.
