He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Melissa Parks. He is survived by: his children, Kasey Ann LeDonne and Jack Parks Jr.; his daughter-in-law Valerie Christine Parks; his grandchildren, Jackson William Parks IV, Jonah Kale LeDonne, Vivian Marie LeDonne and Jorja Christine Parks; and his son-in-law Victor LeDonne. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
