He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Carol DiRienzo and Thomas Elmere Pruitt Jr.; his children, Connie Blair, Michelle Glover (Henry), Kimberly Lyons (Forrest), Karen Cafferty (Todd), Krystel Cossette (Coleman), David Wayne Blair and Michael Webb (Leah); his grandchildren, Twyla Coy, Brittany Miller, Chrystan Greathouse, Christa Queen, Chelsea Taylor, Celia Rivera, Holly Chacon, Chance Cafferty, Morgan Lyons, Mason Lyons, Bethany Darce, Jessica Laskey, Autumn Lyons, Makayla Webb and Abbigail Webb; and his great grandchildren, Wesley Coy, Clayton Coy, Conner Vandever, Payton Vandever, Kynadee Miller, Gracie Miller, Madden Miller, Olivia McCoy, Owen McCoy, Aaron Chacon, Eleanor Chacon, Cason Queen, Baby, Queen, Tucker Taylor, Teagan Taylor, Tinely Taylor, Adalyn Lyons and Bennett Lyons.
