She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford Harold Allen and Leona Idris Allen; her former life partner Perry Wade (late Herschel Milligan); her daughters, Carolyn Sue West and Beverly Kay Wade; and her siblings, Phyllis Ozburn, Martha Fry, Wanda Anthony, Richard Allen, William Allen, Nancy Driver and Robert Allen.

She is survived by : her daughters, Pamela (Helmer Zuluaga), Teresa (Aaron Graham) and Terri Frenchmeyer (Dennis Miller); and her grandchildren, Judy Dyer, Robert DeHart, Jeremy Zuluaga, Stephanie Feese, Chris Watkins, Brandon Zuluaga, Joshua Zuluaga, Ashley Duarte, Steven Frenchmeyer, Aaron Graham Jr. and Emma Graham.
