Lenard Clarence Goss Obituary

Humble, Texas, who passed away peacefully at his home on August 17, 2025, at the age of 92. Lenard is survived by his wife, Ollie Goss, his three daughters and their husbands, Carrie and Delbert Dawes of Conroe, Kathy and Wendell Whitley of Grapeland and, Audrey and David Kelly of Cleveland, his four sons, Rocky Zipprian and wife Sharon of Humble, Mason Peterson of Humble, John Williams of Conroe and Charles Williams of Humble and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lenard was preceded in death by his beloved son, James Goss, his beloved parents Sylvester and Estelle Goss and all his siblings- six brothers and three sisters. Lenard was born in Conroe, Texas on September 27, 1932. As a young child, he and his family moved to Moonshine Hill, Humble, Texas, where he lived for the duration of his life in the house he and his Dad had built. Lenard's lifelong passion and career was drilling and maintaining oil wells. He was well respected in the community for his knowledge and experience in the oil field. Being a devoted Dad and Paw, the time Lenard spent with his family was his most cherished treasure in life. Services will be held at Rosewood Cemetery in Humble, Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 20, from 5:00-8:00pm. Funeral service will be Thursday, August.
