He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Kubicek; and his children, Mario Kubicek (Monica), Ericka Cardot (Scott), Miriam Mullen (DJ), Eva Pickett (Roy) and Mark Kubicek (Jeri). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
