She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph P. "Bill" Bell; and her grandson Jason DeWayne Fowler. She is survived by: her daughters, Billie Joe Lemaire (Frank) and Martha Ralphaie Lichnovsky. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
