With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nelson Junius Dean of Humble, Texas, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on March 28, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Tollivour and William Dean; his daughter Iris; his grandson DeAndre; and his great grandchildren, Merci and Messiah Blakeman.
He is survived by: his daughters, LaToya McNeely (Kelvin) and Keesha Sandles (Charles); his sister Rosemary Babineaux; his grandchildren, Maya Shaw, Chaniecya Dean, Raiven Blakeman (Malik), Kamari Joyner, Ziyah Joyner, Brandi, Raven Dean, Glen, Tristen Arceneaux and Alina Foster; and his great grandchild Rome Blakeman. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and friends.
