She is survived by: her children, Pedro Cortez, Ruberina Cortez-Vu and Myrna Cortez; her grandchildren, Kristina Hillis, Christopher Hillis, Alejandro Cortez, Sofia Cortez and Valeria Cortez; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan Michael Kelly, Joshua Mac Kelly, Julian Beaux Kelly and Christopher Nicholas Hillis-Chapa.
