With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Colbert (Humble, Texas), who passed away on February 21, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Annie Beth Young Cowan and Marshal Brooks Cowan; her sons, Randy (Daphne Colbert), Ricky Tony (Gay Colbert), Rusty (Lieana Colbert) and John (Robin Colbert); her husband Jerry; her son Gerald Anthony "Tony"; and her brother Dawton Cowan. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.

Her energy was unending until Parkinson's caught up with her.
