We are sad to announce that, on September 23, 2025, at the age of 86, Robbie Phelps (Humble, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Robbie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robbie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Marion Robinett and Mildred Jefferson Robinett. She is survived by: her sister Ruby Valentine (Brandon Jameson).
