He is survived by : his sons, Chase Madison Miller and Chance Montgomery Miller; his mother Marilyn Miller McCall (Eddie); his brothers, Michael Alexander Bourbon Miller and Nick Miller; and his aunts, Virginia Wistrand, Teresa Fletcher, Sandra Browder and Patti Love.
