He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Kocab; and his siblings, Dennis Kocab and Joanne Gelb (Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Anita Kocab (Sandy); his children, Debbie Jones (Steve), Ken Kocab (Jocelyn) and Michael Kocab (Evy); his grandchildren, Kendra Kocab, Crystal Jones Perlman (Justin) and Tim Jones (Hailey); his son Charles Soukup; his sister Lenore Thomas (Bill); his sister-in-law Diane Kocab; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Jones. He is also survived by his friends and family.
