She was predeceased by: her parent Jimmie Bryant; her husband Roger Scott; her siblings, Fannie Mae Jones and Samatha Truscott; and her sons, Dwayne Bryant and Kelvin Scott (Kelki).
She is survived by: her children, Tammye Smith (Eric), Marilyn Scott (Joyce), Laverne Scott and George Scott, Sr. (Letia); her grandchildren, Priscilla Allen (Tyronne), Sharon Ogudo (Michael), Albert Scott, Jessica Scott, Latasha Scott-Beck (Roy Beck III), Stacey Bryant, Shanna Bryant, Ryan Brown and George Scott Jr. (Amanda); and her siblings, Jimmie Bradshaw, Ella Hubbard, Betty Bryant, Joe Bryant and Dan Bryant. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; other extended family.
